The former spokes person for the Labour Party Kenneth Okonkwo has dumped the Labour Party amidst leadership issues that has embattled te the opposition party.
Okonkwo who stated this while featuring on a TV programme today maintained that he has not seen any serious party that has the interest of the people at heart, hence there is no reason to join any political party for now.

He further stated that he is politics for good governance and not unti he can see the seriousness of any political party, with clear direction and agenda to look after the welfare of Nigerian citizens , then he will continue to take a back seat and take the issue to God in prayers .
Okonkwo further maintained that Nigeria has for a long time been governed by people who are not sincere about their mission in government but rather are in office for their individual pockets and not until we have sincere leadership in the country , the country will continue to have leadership problems in the country.
While commenting on the leadership structure of the Labour party, Okonkwo noted that the party cannot boast of a national chairman as no convention at the ward, local, state and national level was held, hence cannot claim to have any leadership structure in place and he will never belong to such a political party.
