…Says Governor Places Politics Over Human Lives

The Oyo State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC ) has urged the oyo state governor Engr Seyi Makinde to pay more attention to protecting residents of Oyo State against Corona Virus pandemic.

The party in a statement by his Publicity Secretary Dr Azeez Olatunde said observing the state governor handling the issue of Corona Virus with “kid gloves” is highly devastating.

“Instead of Oyo State Governor to face the welfare and well being of the good people of oyo state , Makinde choose to face politicking and thus become arbitrator in chief of south west of Nigeria PDP, becoming political arbitrator in Ekiti PDP affairs in Lagos,Oyo and many states.

The statement said most religious centres in the state operated in defiance of the ban on churches because of Corona Virus.

It recommend that Governor Makinde must not allow to be in the position of nations that are seriously calling for help like Italy, Cuba and Russia.
