The Oyo State caucus of the APC UK has given kudos to the Judiciary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria over the verdict of the Presidential election tribunal which was completed yesterday in Abuja.
The group through its publicity Secretary, MR Ademola Alalade in a statement released in London, described the verdict as a true reflection of Justice , equity and fairplay and also respect for the rule of law which all Nigerians should be proud of
The statement further noted that this verdict should give hope to many Nigerians who have questioned over the years the credibility of the judiciary as this has proven to the world and indeed Nigerians that the country’s judicial system can still be trusted as the last resort for any common man and as such should be celebrated.
While also congratulating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, urged him to see the victory as a confirmation and affirmation from God and the good people of Nigeria and that this call to service is to bring sucor to the people of Nigeria and by extention the the African continent and should in no way be taken for granted.
The group also called on all those who have been saddled with one responsibility or the other to support the administration of President Bola Tinubu, to put in their utmost best to ensure the realisation of the Renewed Hope Agenda which many Nigerians are eagerly expecting.
The statement also urged Nigerians not to leave everything in the hands of government but to also do their part by ensuring they collaborate in every area they can to ensure Nigeria regains its rightful place in the committee of nations as the government alone cannot achieve this without the support of the citizens.
The group then called on all members to the All Progressive Congress(APC) across the country to work in unity to ensure the ideals and programmes of the party is seen to be progressive in nature and should be promoted across the country for all to atest to as this is the only way citizens of the country can gain the trust of the party in taking Nigeria to greater heights.
