The leading aspirant to Oyo state house of assembly from Ibadan northeast Local Government Hon Olaide Aremu Olalere popularly known as ERE has described the demise of the Olubadan of Ibadan Oba Saliu Adetunji Aje Ogungunniso 1 as a sad loss to the Yoruba race.

Hon Olalere described Oba Adetunji’s reign as exceptional, memorable, extraordinary, influential and remarkable which will linger in the memory on many indigenes for a long time to come

He commiserates with the good people of Ibadan, the immediate family of the deceased and prays for Aljana Fridau for the late olubadan of Ibadan.
