…Prays For Quick Recovery Of Those Affected

The Oyo State Working Committee of the All Progressive Congress (APC) under the leadership of Chief Akin Oke after its meeting has suspended all Political Activities at the State, the 33 LG Areas and all the Wards throughout Oyo State, from Wednesday 25th March 2020, for initial two weeks.

In a statement issued by the Director Of Publicity, Oyo State Dr Azeez Olatunde said the decision was taken after reviewing the state of the Nation, as regards the issues of COVID-19, the Global Pandemic that is affecting the whole world.

“This is subject to review after the expiration of the two weeks, hoping and praying that the COVID-19 Scourge would have been overcome before then to allow for resumption of our regular day-to-day activities.”

The statement directed all its party offices to be shut down with all manners of meetings suspended.
