Three critical leadership attributes has been identified as what will be required to determine who will be the next Nigerian leader come 2023.
Those three attributes according to a renowned Journalist and Politician Dele Alake are Vision, Knowledge and will power
Alake stated this while representing the National leader of the All Progressive Congress( APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at a virtual town hall conference held via zoom over the weekend.
Henry Dele Alake while delivering the message of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who was unavoidably absent due to other pressing engagement to the conference tagged “Sustaining the Progressive Agenda For A Better Nigeria”, thanked the organizer’s of the event for the initiative, describing it as timely at a period Nigeria is grabbling with a lot of challenges ranging from economic to security.
Alake who expressed dismay at the current situation of the country noted that the country has not been blessed with the kind of leader required to lead the country. He said for the country to grow in the right direction, it requires a leader that is mentally strong and has the capacity to demonstrate those attributes
Those attributes according to the politician are vision, Knowledge and will power which he buttressed could only be found in the person of Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu. Alake further stressed that the National Leader of the All Progressive Congressed has demonstrated all the attributes over the years and urged Nigerians to rally round him come 2023 to help in the redirection drive for a better Nigeria.
Participants at the town hall conference hosted and moderated by the Prince Ade Omole also attested to the qualities of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and opined that the template the former Governor of Lagos State used in developing Lagos state is what is desired to bring unity and succor to the people of Nigeria. They also called on the National Leader of the APC to use his position as a leader to ensure party primaries are conducted to elect credible people to contest elections come 2023.
